L’SHAE DIB (SHE/HER)

BPsychSci, BPSychSci(Hons), MProfPsych, MProfPsychPrac

I am a registered psychologist and EMDR clinician. I am passionate about working with trauma and somatic anxiety and have a particular interest in helping to support those with ‘invisible illness’ such as; chronic fatigue syndrome, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome and tinnitus.

I engage in neurodiversity affirming practice and have very warm and collaborative approach that I apply in my sessions. I wholeheartedly believe that the expert in our sessions is you. I am here as a guide to help you carve out the space for personal growth and empowerment- to be uniquely you.

I strongly connect to values-based work and learning how to tune into the body and befriend the nervous system to help promote resilience and foster healing. The experience of mental health challenges can be incredibly isolating, the world can feel lonely and the experience of hopelessness can be profound. My job is to help us navigate this suffering together and steer toward recovery.

When I’m not in the psychology room, I am practising new skills as a yoga and meditation teacher. I’m passionate about self-care, pacing activities, mind-body integration & veganism. I love to spend my time out and about in nature or snuggled up on the couch with my cheeky little dog, Keira.
